Digital Products (Downloads)

Since our digital products are available for immediate download, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or returns. However, please contact us if you experience any issues with your download — we’re happy to help.

Physical Products

Our products are shipped directly from our partners. Returns and refunds are possible in the following cases: The product arrived damaged or defective. The order is incorrect or incomplete.

Return Process: Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.Send us a photo of the damaged product along with your order number. After reviewing your request, we will provide further instructions for the return or refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.Return shipping costs are covered by the customer (except for damaged or faulty items).

Event Refund Policy:

If an event is canceled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you have the option to either:

Receive a full refund of the event price, or
Redeem the amount as a voucher for a future event.

Cancellation by the Participant:
If the participant cancels the event less than 48 hours before it starts, 50% of the event price will be retained to cover incurred costs. If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance, the full amount will be refunded.
