Services and Prices

1. All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) unless otherwise stated and include applicable value-added tax (VAT), where applicable.

2. The prices valid at the time of ordering apply.

3. FlowZone reserves the right to modify or adjust offers, services, and prices at any time without giving rise to any claims for refunds or compensation.

4. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed.

Order Process and Conclusion of Contract

1. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

2. By clicking the “Buy Now” button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart.

3. After submitting the order, the customer automatically receives an e-mail confirming receipt of the order. This automatic confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.

4. The contract is only concluded once the provider (Sara Dürst / FlowZone) explicitly accepts the order – either by sending a separate order confirmation e-mail or by delivering the product or providing digital access after payment has been received.

Payment

1. Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal, using the options provided in the online shop.

2. Payment via Twint is also possible upon request.

3. All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the applicable value-added tax (VAT), where applicable.

4. No hidden fees or additional charges apply. Any shipping costs or other price components are clearly displayed before completing the order.

5. The total amount is due immediately. Payment processing is handled through the selected payment platform according to its respective terms.​

Delivery and Shipping Conditions

1. Digital products (e.g. downloads) are made available immediately after payment via an instant download link. No shipping costs apply.

2. Physical products are delivered within Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and other EU countries by postal service or courier.
   Unless otherwise stated in the order confirmation, delivery usually takes between 4 and 13 working days.

3. For international deliveries outside Switzerland and the EU, customs duties or import fees may apply and are to be paid by the customer.

4. Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process and are calculated as follows:

   • 1 product: CHF 5.–

   • 2 products: CHF 7.–

   • 3 or more products: CHF 10.–

5. FlowZone is not liable for delivery delays caused by third parties, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed immediately, and any payments already made will be fully refunded.

Return & Refund Policy / Rückgabe- und Erstattungsrichtlinie

There are no hidden costs or additional fees.

Digital Products (Downloads) 

Since our digital products are available for immediate download, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or returns once the download has begun.
However, if you experience any technical issues or file errors, please contact us — we’re happy to help ensure you receive your product properly.

Physical Products

Our physical products are shipped directly from our trusted partners.
Returns and refunds are possible.

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Send us a photo of the damaged product and your order number.

3. After reviewing your request, we’ll provide return or refund instructions.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of damaged or faulty items.

Refunds will be issued within 10 days after the returned goods are received and approved, via the original payment method.

Event Refund Policy

If an event must be canceled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you can choose between:

• a full refund, or

• a voucher for a future event of your choice.

Cancellation by Participant:

• More than 48 hours before the event → full refund

• Between 24 and 48 hours before → 50% refund

• Less than 24 hours before → no refund

This policy exists because event spots are limited — late cancellations often mean someone else misses the chance to join.

Liability

1. FlowZone accepts no liability for damages or losses resulting from improper use of products or content.

2. All materials, workshops, and creative exercises are intended for self-reflection and inspiration and do not replace professional medical or therapeutic advice.

3. FlowZone assumes no responsibility for the content of external third-party websites linked to or referenced on this site.

4. FlowZone is liable only for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

FlowZone reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time if deemed necessary.
Such changes apply only to future orders and take effect upon publication on the website.
The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on the website.
